Your Curves Coach is there to lead you through every workout. You will never feel alone or wonder if you’re doing things right. Your Curves Coach will always be there to help you with your form and ensure you get the best from your Curves workout and weight loss program. Each month your Curves Coach will do a goal review with you to help keep you motivated and offer support and advice to keep you on the right track. With your Curves Coach success is within reach.
Curves Circuit
We understand how hectic life can be. Making time for your health, fitness and maintaining your strength by fitting in regular workouts can be tough. But with the Curves circuit, 30 minutes is all you need.
Join any station on the circuit at any time and workout when it suits you (within standard opening hours). You’ll always get an efficient total body workout on the Curves circuit with our variety of hydraulic resistance machines, which are built to create resistance that intensifies with effort. As your strength improves, you push harder and the machines respond with more resistance, which makes them ideal for all fitness levels. Our Curves Coaches will be with you every step of the way to keep you motivated and ensure you get the very best from your Curves workouts.
