Must attend once a month or have 12 treatments or more in a period of 12 months

Must give the clinic a 24 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling, a $27.50 fee will be taken from the $110
You paid upfront (only if client cancels pre booked appointments in under 24 hours twice in a row
on the 3rd cancellation we will charge $27.50 for cancellations/rescheduling)
The upfront payment of $110 can be used on clients last service if they decide to stop there VIP Program
The upfront $110 cannot be refunded in cash or transaction and or cannot be used to purchase products of anything else.
