Join artist Nick Hollo for an evening at the Manly Art Gallery & Museum featuring a walk through his exhibition and an ‘in conversation’ with curator Katherine Roberts as they discuss the waterways, wetlands, creeks and waterfalls of the Northern Beaches which are the subjects of his new series of oil pastel drawings.
Living and working by the foreshore, Sydney Harbour and its coastline was the chief inspiration for Nick’s work as an architect, urban designer and artist, via projects that often incorporate all three fields of expertise.
His extensive knowledge of the natural and cultural formation and significance of these coastal areas will be drawn upon in his talk.
This is an exclusive event hosted by the MAG&M Society and supported by the Northern Beaches Council.
