The Northern Beaches, as the name implies, is best known for its magnificent coastline.
What is less well known, is the myriad of waterways that connect the beaches with the hinterland.
Northern Beaches Council proudly supports this exhibition of new oil pastel drawings by Nick Hollo conveys the beauty, diversity and significance of these waterways including lagoons, marshes, creeks, waterfalls.
Such waterways form the prevalent pattern of the whole Australian east coast and luckily still remain within the urban fabric of the Northern Beaches area of Sydney.
