Mona Vale, have your say!
As part of the development of the Mona Vale Place Plan, Northern Beaches Council is urging the community to give their input on the vision for the area.
The plan will set out the concept for Mona Vale and prioritise improvements over the next 10 years.
An online survey is currently open for the community to be involved in, closing in April.
Northern Beaches Mayor, Michael Regan, said it’s a ‘great opportunity’ for locals to get involved and have their say on what improvements they would like to see happen.
“It’s a moment to share with us what you love about the Mona Vale town centre and surrounding areas, what you’d like to improve and how you want it to look in the future,” says Mayor Regan.
The Mona Vale Place Plan will produce a set of priorities and guidelines set out in the local strategic planning statement Towards 2040.
The plan will take into consideration how traffic, the public domain and open spaces can be improved to meet those priorities.
