Mona Vale blossoms into spring

This month-long festival filled with special events and activities has been organised by Council in conjunction with peninsula businesses to encourage locals to get out and about in the community.

Spring, skip or jump into these family-friendly events this September!

 

Picnic in the Park
September 7
9.30am – 12pm, Village Park, Park Street, Mona Vale

Pull together a few favourite treats and your favourite picnic blanket and head on down to Village Park for a morning of ‘dino-mite’ dinosaur-themed stage shows, roving entertainment, live music, a wild reptile display, face painting and dinosaur arts and crafts.

 

Northern Beaches Sport and Lifestyle Expo
September 8
10am – 1pm, Village Park, Park Street, Mona Vale

Interested in finding a new sport or hobby? Northern Beaches Council is hosting an expo to showcase local and NSW sporting associations and clubs, offering families and young community members the chance to find a new passion and learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

 

Aussie Night Markets
September 13
5pm – 10pm, Village Park, Park Street, Mona Vale

Travel around the world via your tastebuds at this international food market highlighting the diverse cultures that make up modern Australia. With a mix of Asian, European, South American and American food on offer, there will be something to delight all.
